WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT 

You have these minimum qualifications:

·       years of similar experience in a Senior Analyst or above role/capacity.

·       In-depth exposure to the latest payroll and tax compliance procedures and legislation.

·       Advanced excel skills including pivots, vlookups, advanced formatting skills are required.

·       Strong knowledge and understanding of UK Pension auto-enrolment regulations

·       Strong inter-personal skills and able to communicate and influence at all levels.

·       Critical thinker, motivator, collaborative, problem solving abilities, logical and customer orientated leader

·        Travel up to 20% on occasion may be required.

It would be useful if you have:

·       Previous experience with conducting performance reviews, team member engagement, time management and priority setting.

·       Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll/HR system and reporting

·       Experience with HMRC Government Gateway System
