What will I be doing?
As an In-Room Dining Server, you will be responsible for delivering a personalized luxury dining experience directly in the guest’s room, reflecting our aspiration to achieve Forbes 5-Star recognition. This role requires you to anticipate guest needs and create a seamless dining experience in the comfort of their room, paying attention to every detail. Your goal is to exceed guest expectations by delivering an exceptional and thoughtful service that showcases a genuine sense of interest in the guest’s preferences. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Prepare and set up food in a thoughtful location, ensuring each meal is presented in a way that elevates the guest’s experience, whether served on a tray or placed on a dining table, providing a luxurious and seamless in-room dining experience.
- Set tables according to specifications, ensuring all elements, including linens, silverware, glassware, and garnishes, are meticulously arranged to create a refined and elegant atmosphere for the guest’s meal.
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guests with care, ensuring timely and precise delivery, while attending to every detail to enhance the guest’s dining experience.
- Serve meals with attention to every detail, including pouring wine tableside, adding garnishes, and ensuring that the service reflects the highest level of luxury and sophistication.
- Anticipate guest needs by offering proactive service and responding promptly to any requests, ensuring that guests have everything they need to enjoy their in-room dining experience to the fullest.
- Collect guest trays and respond to additional requests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, ensuring the guest’s space is kept neat and clean throughout their dining experience.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local, and company regulations, ensuring responsible service at all times while maintaining a polished and elegant presentation.
The rate of pay for this role is $16.5000 - $21.2488 and is based on applicable and specialized experience.

- Previous in-room dining experience is preferred, but a commitment to excellence and an understanding of luxury service are paramount.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner while maintaining an air of refinement and sophistication.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to create a luxurious atmosphere in the guest room, ensuring every aspect of the service is executed flawlessly.
- A proactive attitude, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests with a genuine sense of care.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members while providing outstanding service to guests.
- A deep understanding of luxury service, with the ability to exceed expectations in every interaction, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for.
- Must possess a valid alcohol awareness certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) and Food Handler Card prior to being offered the position.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
