What are we looking for?

We are looking for an In-Room Dining Server who is passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering an exceptional, luxury in-room dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a refined presence and the ability to anticipate guest needs, providing personalized service that elevates the guest’s stay and aligns with our pursuit of Forbes 5-Star recognition. You will take pride in creating a seamless and memorable experience for each guest, ensuring that every detail is attended to with the utmost care and sophistication. A genuine commitment to upholding the highest standards of luxury service is essential, and we are seeking someone who understands the nuances of exceptional hospitality.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A passion for delivering next-level service, with a focus on creating a refined, luxury dining experience for each guest in the comfort of their room.
  • Prior experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is strongly preferred, with a strong understanding of the attention to detail and professionalism required to meet Forbes 5-Star standards.
  • Previous in-room dining experience is preferred, but a commitment to excellence and an understanding of luxury service are paramount.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner while maintaining an air of refinement and sophistication.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to create a luxurious atmosphere in the guest room, ensuring every aspect of the service is executed flawlessly.
  • A proactive attitude, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests with a genuine sense of care.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members while providing outstanding service to guests.
  • A deep understanding of luxury service, with the ability to exceed expectations in every interaction, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for.
  • Must possess a valid alcohol awareness certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) and Food Handler Card prior to being offered the position.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
