• Preferably with local experience in the UAE, particularly within the hospitality industry.• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Energy & Flexibility: Energetic, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.• Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle employee relations issues effectively and professionally
