Head Bartender

What are we looking for?

An All Day Dining Head Bartender serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Proven experience as a bartender, with previous leadership or supervisory experience

• Excellent knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences

• Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and cost control

• Solid understanding of hygiene, health, and safety regulations

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Certification in mixology or bartending

• Experience in a hotel or luxury restaurant environment

• Knowledge of POS and inventory management systems
