As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring that each guest feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive until their departure.
What will I be doing?
As Guest Relations Agent – All-Day Dining, you will:
Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality.
Escort guests to their tables, assist with seating, and ensure their preferences are accommodated.
Manage reservations, seating charts, and guest flow to maximize efficiency and satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and special occasions with discretion and care.
Build relationships with guests by remembering preferences and anticipating needs.
Coordinate with service and culinary teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Monitor guest feedback, resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary.
Support upselling initiatives and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Maintain a polished and professional appearance, reflective of the luxury environment.
Perform additional tasks as required to support the success of the Food & Beverage team.
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a guest-facing role within a luxury restaurant or hospitality environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (Arabic or other languages are an advantage).
A warm and engaging personality with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle busy service periods.
A professional appearance and confident demeanor.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
