General Manager - Pre-opening Hilton Mallorca Galatzo
What are we looking for?
A General Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- An Established GM or strong Commercial Director OR a creative F&B Director with a commercial understanding
- Passion for networking, lifestyle, socialising & nightlife – being highly visible to foster networks and relationships
- Exceptional stakeholder/owner relations experience
- Deep understanding of commercial environment and/or F&B Operations
- Must understand commercial and Leisure destination concepts
- Ability to develop elite networks across the region
- Exceptional people leadership and retention of talent - bring a team together on a journey and instilling the Hilton culture
- Fluency in Spanish or German would be advantageous
- Good social / media experience – leveraging channels to gain visibility
- Pioneering, Innovative and entrepreneurial drive - abaility to demonstrate expereince of creating unique destination opportunities
- Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar sized property
- Exceptional communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
