About the role

Take the reins of Perth’s most renowned hotel as General Manager of Parmelia Hilton Perth. You’ll lead the daily operations of this vibrant property, driving exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and sustainable performance.

Reporting to Hilton’s regional leadership, you’ll work closely with corporate stakeholders and property owners, ensuring strong alignment between commercial results, brand standards, and long-term strategic goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing hotel operations and guest experiences across rooms, events, and dining
• Leading, mentoring, and empowering department heads and a large, multi-skilled team
• Driving profitability and operational efficiency while maintaining Hilton standards
• Building trusted relationships with owners, Hilton corporate representatives, and the local community
• Embedding Hilton’s Travel with Purpose sustainability vision into daily operations and long-term strategy

Experience and qualifications

You’ll bring experience as a senior leader within a full-service or luxury property, along with the vision and confidence to inspire and innovate.

• Proven success managing large hotel operations and diverse teams
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management ability
• Experience driving ESG, brand, and community initiatives
• Deep understanding of hospitality standards and guest service excellence
