General Manager - Hilton Sharks Bay Resort

What are we looking for?

A General Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

*Local package provided

•    Established GM with a solid mixed operational and commercial experience.  
•    Large resort hotel experience would be preferable 
•    Exceptional communication skills and presence
•    Strong Owner relations experience
•    Strong operations experience with the ability to manage the scale of the property
•    Strong commercial acumen, with experience in increasing profitability
•    Highly experienced in managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar sized property
•    Solid people leadership 
•    Ability to manage change 
•    Local experience required
 

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• General Management experience in a similar quality hotel
• Arabic speaker
