General Manager - Hilton Petaling Jaya
What are we looking for?
A General Manager serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• College degree or equivalent.
• Hospitality / travel / leisure industry management professional.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels or 3-5 years as Director of Operations or Commercial Director working experience in international brand hotels.
• Strong proficiency in English and Chinese to meet business needs, with the ability to do some translations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility.
