HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Define and execute the Spark and LivSmart development strategy for the Southeast region, in collaboration with the VP Managing Dir Development SE and team.
  • Develop strong relationships with owners, industry partners (consultants, asset managers, hotel operators, real estate brokers, architects, designers, counsels, investors, bankers), and local authorities to generate leads and development opportunities.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize development opportunities to ensure they align with brand standards and strategic objectives, while proactively managing risks.
  • Negotiate and execute managed and franchised deals effectively, ensuring alignment with key internal and external stakeholders.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to execute deals following agreed priorities, Hilton standards, and in conformity with corporate approvals.
  • Engage with Legal, Feasibility, Brand, Owner Relations, and other departments to optimize and streamline the development process.

What projects you will take ownership of: 

  • Oversee and guide development opportunities from inception to completion, ensuring a seamless handover of the project to Technical Services and Operations.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years of work experience in Hospitality, Franchise, and/or Real Estate Sales.
  • Three (3) years of B2B Client Management/Sales Experience.
  • Travel up to 70%. 

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree; MA/MS Master's Degree preferred.
  • Experience negotiating high-value, complex hotel agreements.
  • Experience analyzing NPV, IRR, and capital sources.
