General Manager (Hilton Barbados Resort)
What are we looking for?
To successfully perform in this role, the candidate should demonstrate the following experience, skills, and attributes:
Proven experience as a General Manager within a full-service hotel or resort, preferably with a global hospitality brand.
Strong background in Food and Beverage leadership, with a track record of driving innovation and commercial results.
Demonstrated success in commercial management, including revenue optimization, financial performance, and strategic decision-making.
Experience leading complex operations and projects, including capital expenditures and change initiatives.
Recognized as a people-focused, dynamic leader who builds trust, motivates teams, and develops future leaders.
Entrepreneurial, innovative, and agile in problem-solving, with the ability to think beyond traditional approaches.
High degree of cultural intelligence; experience working in the Caribbean or similar markets is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
