What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience managing a property with $10 Million revenue and 150+ rooms.
- Minimum one year Hotel Manager OR three years Executive Member experience at a similar-sized or larger hotel.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a positive team member culture.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team to drive business growth.
- Experience managing owner relations and fostering positive partnerships.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hilton brand expertise.
- Local market.
- Experience with airport property.
