General Manager (Conrad Punta Mita)
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a General Manager with solid experience in luxury resorts, someone who understands high standards and exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing upscale properties, leading with a focus on quality, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
A General Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Experience as General Manager or Director of Operations within a luxury hotel
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
- Possesss strong commercial acumen, with experience in increasing profitability
- Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar sized property
- Excellent leadership skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in luxury hotels or resorts
- Strong understanding of high standards in service and hospitality
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
