Front Office Team Member (80%) – Hilton Stockholm Slussen
Hilton Stockholm Slussen is looking for a Front Office Team Member to join the team in a permanent position at 80% (approx.32 hours per week).

As a Front Office Team Member, you are the face of the hotel—welcoming guests, managing arrivals and departures, and ensuring every stay is smooth, safe, and memorable.
To thrive in this role, you:
· Deliver warm, professional service at check-in, during the stay, and at check-out in line with Hilton standards
· Support guests with questions and requests, providing clear answers and effective solutions
· Assist with luggage during arrivals and departures
· Keep the lobby and front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming
· Follow safety, fire, and security procedures to maintain a safe environment
· Collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other teams to ensure smooth operations
· Handle administrative tasks such as guest registration, room assignments and payments
· Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience
· Stay flexible, positive and calm in a fast-paced environment
What you bring:
· A service-oriented, positive, and welcoming approach
· Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
· Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
· A team-oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues across departments
· Experience from Front Office or a similar service role (minimum 3 months)
· Education or studies in hospitality (post-secondary education is an advantage)
· Experience with Opera or similar PMS systems, and confidence using Microsoft Office, is a plus
· Flexibility to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts
