Our hotel is an exclusive focus service hotel located in the city center of Mbabane on the Mhlambanyatsi Road. We’re in the Central Business District, steps away from the government interministerial building. We are a 4-star hotel. About the Job:

Team Leader will support Guest Operations Manager under the Front Office Department. Be a passionate host and highly collaborative member of the Guest Service Team and assists Guest Operations Manager in leading the department and delivering exceptional and memorable guest experiences, mainly in Front Office.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Lead and support Guest Service Agents in Front Office in delivering exceptional and memorable guest experience in all shifts (early, late, night)

·       Driving enrolling Hilton Honors enrollments as per set target.

·       Attend Guests and office queries, and ensure they are dealt with efficiently or passed to the appropriate person where necessary so as to ensure problems are resolved promptly and successfully.

·       Understand Front Office processes, procedures, systems and as well as available Property Management Systems.

·       Manage the work flow of day-to-day operations

·       Provide constructive suggestions/feedback to Guest Operations Manager, on products, processes and other.

Qualifications & Attributes:

·       Form 5 certificate, is compulsory and a relevant hospitality qualification from a recognized institution.

·       Previous experience in a Supervisory position.

·       Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

·       Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
