The Millennium Hilton New York One UN Plaza is looking for a Front Office Manager to join our leadership team!

Our 439-room Midtown high-rise is the closest hotel to the United Nations and half a mile from Grand Central Station. We’re within one mile of Bryant Park, The Morgan Library, and Rockefeller Center. Take in unobstructed views of Manhattan and the East River skylines. Our historic Ambassador Grill and iconic lobby are both official New York City Interior Landmarks.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a front office management role at a similar size property, experience managing unionized team members, OnQ experience, and full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

 

Shift Pattern: Full availability needed including nights, weekends, and overnights 

AM shift: 7am start, PM shift: 2pm start, Overnight Shift: 10pm start

Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 / annually

What will I be doing?

As Front Office Manager, you would be responsible for directing and administering Front Office operations. 

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Implements, develops and coordinates Front Office training programs. 
  • Assures that all new hires within the Front Office receive the necessary training to provide superior guest service using Company standards. 
  • Assists with daily Front Office operations and completes any special projects. 
  • Tracks, inputs, maintains and audits front office training.
