Front Office All Rounder

What are we looking for?

A Front Office All Rounder serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members to deliver on our Brand and Guest Promise.  To be successful in this role you will also have demonstrate the following:

• A genuine flair for customer service – and ability to create connections with people from all walks of life. 
• Previous experience working within the hotel, leisure, and/or front office environment is highly regarded – but should you not have this experience be ready to wow us with your customer service skills, personality and organisation skills!
• Excellent personal presentation and well-groomed to meet the standards of a luxury hotel.
• Strong communication skills and energetic and enthusiastic and able to learn new skills quickly.
• An eye for detail – you know when something doesn’t look or feel right and take ownership to delight our guests.
• Previous experience using a Property Management System will be highly regarded.
• Full Driver’s License required as well as a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (QLD)
