Food & Beverage Manager

What are we looking for? 

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a full-service international hotel.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and experience in delivering extraordinary guest experience.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and labor laws.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malayia.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
