What does success look like for this role:
The Procurement Executive Food & Beverage must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation:

  • Extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management across a significant multi-site or corporate estate, ideally in a hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Spain market, including key suppliers and major players in the food and beverage industry for hospitality.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality purchasing for various hotels is required.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead supplier RFPs and tenders, negotiate contracts, and build strategic supplier relationships.
  • Considerable mathematical skills.
  • Strong administrative and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and the ability to analyze data to find trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and in a hands-on capacity.
  • Ability to visually evaluate specifications.
