Responsibilities:
- Be the star and inspiration of our operation; set the pace.
- Jump in! Handle openings, closings, stock, rosters, prep, service, upselling, cash, and gear – all in a day's fun!
- Be the hero! Solve issues, collaborate, and empower delivering excellent hospitality. Win the day!
- Train, guide, and support! Brief the team, handle requests, and ensure safety. Let's thrive!

About You:
- Already have an Approved Manager License? Awesome! If not, let's get it and rock the role!
- Have Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship is offered).
- Ideally, physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area.
- Previous experience in a similar role (Restaurant, Conference and Events experience are highly regarded).
- Lead with flair! Excel in team leadership, master communication, and shine in a hotel setting.
- Stay cool under pressure! Deliver results on time, adapt to any situation, and keep the fun rolling!
