Food and Beverage Attendant
Skills/experience
RSA - Must have a current and valid ‘Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol’ certificate
Demonstrated experience within a bar, fine dining restaurant or catering operation is essential
Working knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixing of drinks
Friendly, positive, energetic disposition with a charismatic personality capable of delivering exceptional customer service
Fluent in the English language in order to communicate professionally with guests and team members
Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and conflict, and work effectively under pressure
Good organisational skills
Well-presented and calm personality
A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
Willingness and ability to work around a 7 day week roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
