Fitness Instructor (Part Time) - Verandah Health Club at Hilton Anatole
The Verandah Athletic Club is an upscale, 86,000-square-foot private fitness and recreation destination located within the Hilton Anatole’s beautiful seven-acre park.
Our team is currently seeking a Part-Time Fitness Instructor to join our amazing team!

Schedule & Time Commitment:
Group Fitness Classes:
Mondays and Fridays at 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM
Approximately 3–4 hours per week dedicated to class instruction
Personal Training:
Hours scheduled based on availability
Flexible scheduling depending on client demand
What will I be doing?
As a Part Time Fitness Instructor, you would be responsible for teaching and facilitating fitness classes offered to members and guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Provide, teach and facilitate individual and group exercise instruction and workouts for members and guests
- Ensure safe exercise practice through observation, correction, assistance and answering questions
- Ensure current knowledge of exercise techniques and trends
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, as needed
- Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries and service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness of work area including, but not limited to, the facility, locker rooms, studios, machines and equipment in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards
- Assist in monitoring facility use to ensure guest safety
- Perform general Club duties, as needed

What are we looking for?
A current fitness certification from an accredited body is required
3+ years’ experience teaching fitness classes and personal training is required
A current CPR and AED certification is required
Able to lead both one-on-one sessions and group fitness classes is required
Experience working in a high-end hospitality fitness setting is preferred
