- Canadian Certificate of Qualification (Red Seal) or equivalent required

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous experience in industrial kitchen
- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
- Certified Food Handler
