As a Finance Analyst, you will maintain effective controls over the reporting of Income Audit, Cashiering and Payroll functions in accordance with objectives set by the Finance Manager and in line with the highest standards of Hilton.
The role will be focused on the Following:
• Analysing the P&L monthly.
• Increasing operational efficiency around control points.
• Providing Reports in a timely manner
• Work on documenting new ways of working and processes to improve overall profitability
• Reviewing Invoices to ensure they have been correctly coded to the right GL
Other Tasks will Include:
• Following up on Cash discrepancies and charge backs to ensure correct procedures have been followed
• Cash management and forecasting.
• Monthly Payroll Analysis
• Deferred Income
The ideal candidate should have:
• A Finance Background
• A good understanding of reporting systems
• Strong communication, planning and project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills- ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• The ability to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met.
• Strong excel skills
