Executive, Marketing & eCommerce Consulting EMEA
The Marketing and eCommerce Consulting Executive will be responsible for driving digital performance to Hilton Hotels across EMEA through initiatives that focus on enhancing online presence and visibility. The role will also play a vital part in connecting hotels to enterprise activities through online support and self-service toolkits, while providing best practice guidelines across multiple Marketing & eCommerce subject matters.
What will I be doing?
The Specialist will report into the Marketing & eCommerce Consulting Manager and is responsible for ensuring EMEA hotels maintain an optimal level of performance through a number of marketing & eCommerce initiatives, while facilitating hotel level self-serve reporting on key digital metrics.
Your core responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Respond to day-to-day eCommerce and marketing hotel queries via designated communication channels, whilst adhering to established Rules of Engagement and Service Level Agreements.
• Leverage eCommerce Consulting Best Practices and where necessary, proactively collect additional insight in order to formulate an accurate and relevant response to service hotels.
• Support with delivering performance reporting and ensuring data accuracy for EMEA hotel portfolio, highlighting risks and opportunities for commercial activation.
• Grow personal and team knowledge, primarily focused on eCommerce and marketing topics. Further, build an understanding of the wider Hilton eco-system in order to redirect queries to the relevant department, when necessary.
• Actively participate in initiatives assigned by the line manager or senior manager targeted at delivering business value to the EMEA-wide enterprise.
• Proactively participate in formal and informal ideation processes to feed initiatives into the enterprise-wide value workstream.
