Elevator Graduate Training Program Caribbean and Latin America (CALA)

- For internal candidates - you will need approval from your GM/HR Manager to apply for this program and will need to be in your current hotel or corporate position for a minimum of 12 months
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- College senior graduating in the Fall 2019 or Spring 2020 semesters, with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in hospitality, business, or related field
- Nine (9) months of cumulative previous work experience (hospitality industry preferred)
- Nine (9) months of supervisory experience
- Fluently speak, read, and write in English, and at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, or Dutch
- Experience within the hospitality industry in one or more of the following sectors: Finance, Revenue Management, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Front Office, Housekeeping or Engineering
- Internationally mobile and open to relocation within CALA
- Cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher (or equivalent)
