What are we looking for?
A Director of Sales serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- · 5 years or above hotel sales and related experience
- · Established contacts in the high-end luxury segment.
- · Established contacts within the Consortia segments (Virtuoso, Serendipians, Internova etc)
- · Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and/or relevant computer applications required.
- · University/College degree in a related discipline preferred.
- · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
- · Strong leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- · Highly accountable and reliable, able to work remotely
