As the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies for the hotel. What will I be doing?
As the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Strategic Marketing Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive integrated marketing communication strategies that align with the hotel’s strategic business objectives.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Revenue teams to design impactful promotions and initiatives that drive revenue growth and strengthen market positioning.
Content Creation & Management
Lead the development of engaging and high-quality content across digital platforms, print collateral, and advertising campaigns.
Ensure all marketing materials consistently reflect the brand’s identity, tone of voice, and visual guidelines.
Public Relations
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure positive brand exposure and media coverage.
Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and feature articles that highlight the hotel’s initiatives, milestones, and achievements.
Digital & Social Media Management
Oversee the hotel’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice, engaging content, and active community interaction.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance visibility and engagement across all digital channels.
Optimize the hotel’s website and online presence to improve search engine rankings and deliver an exceptional user experience.
Event Promotion
Plan and execute promotional strategies for hotel events, including product launches, conferences, and seasonal campaigns.
Collaborate closely with the events team to ensure smooth coordination, memorable guest experiences, and effective post-event visibility across digital platforms.
Brand Management
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels and guest touchpoints.
Monitor and assess the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to maximize impact and alignment with brand objectives.
Performance Analysis
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and hotel initiatives to evaluate effectiveness and Return on Investment (ROI).
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, offering actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
Supervise and mentor marketing team members, offering guidance, feedback, and professional development support.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with hotel operations and business objectives.

• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and public relations, with a strong grasp of current trends and platforms.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in design tools and marketing platforms, enabling the creation of visually engaging and brand-aligned content.
• Analytical acumen, with the capability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proven ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with local news media, securing positive coverage and managing press releases, interviews, and media events with finesse.
• Multilingual proficiency is a highly valued asset, enhancing communication effectiveness across diverse markets and cultural contexts.
