- Experience in complex hotel operations and best in class operator
- Relevant degree in Finance or related business discipline, from an academic institution
- Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, etc)
- Organisation, planning skills and the ability to prioritise
- Rigorous commitment to accuracy and detail
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Effective management skills (upwards and downwards) and the willingness to coach and train others
- Exceptional financial acumen with ability to analyse results and develop strategies to maximise performance
- Ability to analyse competitors and market trends to facilitate business growth
- Highly knowledgeable in forecasting, budget, month/quarter/year end closing procedures
- Skilled and experienced in project management, risk mitigation, data integrity reporting, internal and regulatory financial reporting
