  • High quality, detail orientation backed by ability to prioritize activities efficiently, and ability to author reports and develop and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in a fast paced and agile environment.
  • Ability to listen, gather critical information, identify opportunities, and problem solve.
  • Experience with data analysis, interpretation, identifying insights, and developing recommendations.
  • Leadership and influencing skills to lead and collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve desired outcomes, and comfortable dealing with ambiguous situations and in setting expectations.
  • Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Strong project management skills and highly organized with a consistent record of working on complex projects with multiple partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Innate strength to navigate large, matrixed organizations and build/maintain positive and productive relationships at all levels.
  • Experience with strategy development, building business cases, gaining internal/external consensus, driving implementation, backed by a track record of consistently achieving timelines and results.
  • Understanding of local enterprise culture and ways of working preferred.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years of professional experience
  • Three (3) years of hospitality experience, preferably within the Indian market; domestic brand experience a plus
  • Two (2) years of experience developing strategies, project management, account management, driving implementation, gaining support in a cross-functional environment, translating market research, and identifying key insights
  • Ability to travel domestically and globally as required, approximately 50%

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Bachelor’s degree or on the job equivalent experience
  • Two (2) years of managerial experience
  • Two (2) years of developing annual plans, corporate budgets, narratives, business cases, forecasts, and strategic roadmaps for large enterprises
