Director, Destination Marketing - South East Asia
What are we looking for?
A Director, Destination Marketing - SEA serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
- BA / BS / Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of related experience
- 6+ years of management or supervisory experience
- Director level skills and proficiency
- Ability to influence and effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders at SVP level
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to drive business performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with proficiency in presenting regular business reviews and performance updates to executive level leaders
- In-depth experience of presenting findings (storytelling) to internal and/or external customers and providing strategic recommendations
- Experience in leading and managing agency relationships and agency performance
- Experience in leading and delivering partnership campaigns in-region
- Experience of working across multiple regions, cultures, and linguistic boundaries
- Experience in delivering creative and innovative digital campaigns, products, plans for multiple destinations
- Strategic leadership and timely delivery of innovative revenue related projects
- In depth knowledge of all marketing tools and channels
- Extensive experience of digital marketing and e-commerce
- Highly proficient in reviewing data, and developing insights
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- 40 to 50% travel with the ability to travel as required
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- MS / MA / Master's Degree
- 10+ years of related experience
- 8+ years of management or supervisory experience
- Near native or native language skills relevant to market(s) under remit
