HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Leverage multiple data sources to conduct performance analysis of past and future trends to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers. 
  • Curate compelling presentations and effectively communicate the brand performance narrative to senior leadership.
  • Influence strategy, and related commercial activity across different partners.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Conduct regular calls to review commercial plan progress, validate plan effectiveness, and drive accountability.
  • With your deep understanding of Brand & Category Commercial Performance, provide input and consultation.
  • Contribute to the Quarterly Business Review with Senior Commercial Services leadership through written brand performance narrative.
  • Unearth new tools to be used to improve commercial efficiency and enhance business processes.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Commercial Director in the creation and execution of processes for emerging brands to ensure efficient outcomes, improve performance, and support growth.
  • Lead Brand Connects, curate content, and facilitate a meeting with brand heads that communicate performance and commercial actions to achieve targets.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of work experience in Commercial Enablement, Commercial Management, Revenue Management, Sales Operations or Marketing
  • Four (4) years of collaborating with partners through data representation, interpretation, and storytelling

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Ten (10) years of professional experience
  • Five (5) years of Director level experience OR Seven (7) years of management experience
  • Exposure to multiple commercial functions and/or a deep understanding of the commercial operating model
  • Cross-brand or product line experience
  • Experience in a senior leadership role within Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Management within a global organization
  • MicroStrategy, Delphi.fdc, and/or GRO experience
