HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day quality of service provided by Hilton’s digital website, mobile apps, call center, and messaging platform.
  • Perform incident, problem, and change management functions for Hilton’s digital services
  • Track and review KPIs reports to foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Provide 24/7 support in conjunction with others on the team

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Participate as part of a digital support team tasked with monitoring service performance, identifying, isolating, and triage of incidents, and tracking key performance metrics.
  • Serve as a technical resource for the digital product teams
  • Work with engineering teams to analyze root causes and develop plans and actions to resolve and eliminate problems at all severity levels.

What deliverables you will take ownership of: 

  • Continuous process improvement in daily digital operations, 24x7 monitoring & alerting, and operations recommendations & reporting to technical leadership. 

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Experience in digital operations
  • Solid background in troubleshooting complex technology solutions
  • Solid understanding of basic technology concepts, including software development and IT infrastructure
  • Familiarity with common software development processes/SDLCs, with a preference for Agile

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of technology-related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of technology-related experience 
  • Three (3) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Experience using ticketing systems and application monitoring tools
  • Experience explaining technology solutions in business terms, establishing rapport, and persuading others
