Design Executive -HGI Project Assessment, GCM

What are we looking for?

A Design Executive - HGI Projects, Greater China and Mongolia, serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

 Bachelor degree in Architect
Mandatory - Fluent English & Mandarin. – written & spoken
1+ years experience  with  design projects in Asia Pac with majority in China. (mandatory)
Working for international design office (preferable) 
Ability to work effectively with owners, developers, design consultants, contractors and with all Hilton departments (incl Executive management, Development, Pre-Opening, Operations, Brand management and other AD&C people) 
Ability to review Architectural, ID fit-out & other designs quickly and make constructive suggestions for improvements 
Good people skills 
Good communications both written and verbal
Flexibility to handle changing circumstances
Able to work on multiple projects at one time 
Word, CAD, Excel, Powerpoint , Outlook (mandatory)
