What will I be doing as a Demi Chef de Partie?
- Be part of the kitchen brigade ensuring a well-organised and motivated team
- Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times
- Prepare and present high quality food
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef
- Approaches food in a creative way
- Positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings
