As the Culinary Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of culinary operations while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. With your expertise in culinary arts, you will contribute to the overall success and efficiency of our culinary team. As a Culinary Coordinator, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Assist in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and production scheduling.
- Monitor food quality and adherence to culinary standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee proper storage, handling, and preparation of ingredients.
- Provide guidance on safety procedures and emergency preparedness.
