Coordinator Sales Support
What are we looking for?
We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Advanced written and verbal communications skills, including expressing ideas clearly and concisely
- Deep understanding of the systems that power Hilton’s sales infrastructure is helpful
- Extremely organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities and efficiently handle concurrent demands to prioritize responsibilities
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- One (1) year working in a fast-paced environment with strong administrative and customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel functions
- Experience in, or exposure to, the travel and/or hospitality industry, sales systems, project coordination, customer service, and/or sales roles
- Work a hybrid work schedule with 3 days onsite in our Addison, TX office and 2 days working from home
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Experience in an administrative role that requires a high level of prioritization and analytical skills
- Five (5) years working in a fast-paced environment with strong administrative and customer service experience
- Three (3) years of experience in or exposure to any combination of the travel and/or hospitality industry, sales systems, project management, customer service, or direct sales roles
- Working knowledge of OnQ Solicitation Management, OnQ R&I, Salesforce
- Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese both written and verbal
