HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Provide direct support in coordinating and administrating project activities.
  • Participate within all aspects of the Project life cycle, working in conjunction with the mentorship or direction of the respective manager(s) as to ensure the administrative and tactical functions have been reviewed, addressed, and resolved.
  • Review and compare interior design specifications against solicited supplier price quotes.
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers through HSM software.
  • Expedite and reconcile the project following the Project Administration and Logistical policies and procedures.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Communicate all information promptly to internal departments, external customers, and suppliers.
  • Participate in various project-specific meetings with partners, as applicable.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Supervise and expedite shipments confirming that products are delivered per the customer’s required delivery dates and installation schedule.
  • Transfer Furniture Fixture and Equipment (FF&E) specifications from the interior design specification book into Supply Management’s proprietary project management software application.
  • Review shipping documents and information entered into ERP system for accuracy.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • 1 year of work experience in Hospitality or related field

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
  • Two (2) years of work experience in Procurement, Project Management, Interior Design, or related fields
  • Two (2) years of remote work experience with the ability to demonstrate time management and prioritization skills in the absence of direct, face-to-face, daily supervision
