To provide personalized and professional service to SPA guests, coordinating reservations, promoting services, and ensuring an exceptional wellness experience, aligned with the hotel's quality and service standards.
 



What will I be doing?

 

  • Greet and welcome SPA guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage treatment reservations, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Inform and advise guests about SPA treatments, packages, promotions, and products.
  • Coordinate the schedule of therapists and treatment rooms to optimize operations.
  • Promote the sale of treatments and products (upselling and cross-selling).
  • Operate reservation, cash register, and POS systems.
  • Verify the availability of facilities, amenities, and equipment.
  • Address comments, special requests, and complaints, providing timely follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with cleanliness, presentation, and image standards for the area.
  • Assist with basic inventory and supply control.
  • Maintain constant communication with therapists, reception, and other hotel departments.
  • Comply with hotel and SPA policies, procedures, and service standards.
