What will I be doing?
- Greet and welcome SPA guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage treatment reservations, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Inform and advise guests about SPA treatments, packages, promotions, and products.
- Coordinate the schedule of therapists and treatment rooms to optimize operations.
- Promote the sale of treatments and products (upselling and cross-selling).
- Operate reservation, cash register, and POS systems.
- Verify the availability of facilities, amenities, and equipment.
- Address comments, special requests, and complaints, providing timely follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with cleanliness, presentation, and image standards for the area.
- Assist with basic inventory and supply control.
- Maintain constant communication with therapists, reception, and other hotel departments.
- Comply with hotel and SPA policies, procedures, and service standards.
