What are we looking for?

To fulfil this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Four (4) years of professional Human Resources experience
• Must possess computer skills, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher 

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• College Degree
• Completion of, or working towards SHRM certification  
• Written and verbal Spanish expertise would be an asset
• Previous HR experience within the hospitality field is preferred
