To move into this position you should have
· Minimum one year of service in current position
- Minimum 2 Years experience in 5* hotels
- Team worker with a great attitude to work under pressure
- Good conversational skill in English
- Hotel School Certificate is an advantage
- Good personality & 5* appearance
- Excellent culinary catering talent
- Bakery experience
- Basic Food & Hygiene training certification
- Good knowledge and understanding of the kitchen and its operations
- Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm at work
- Knowledge of procedures and methods used in the preparation, production, presentation and storage of food items is required
