A Cluster Sales Manager (MICE) serving Hilton Worldwide is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Strong sales background in MICE. Self-motivated salesperson
- Strong analytical skills to understand and respond to key business indicators and competitive trends
- Excellent selling capabilities Excellent organizational and planning skills and able to multi task
- Accountable and resilient
- Ability to work under pressure
- Individual with at least 2 years’ experience in the same capacity
- Tertiary qualifications, or other collegiate-level degree, preferred
