Cluster Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
As our Cluster Sales Executive, you will maximize revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences, and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions, across our three Perth properties:
- Parmelia Hilton Perth
- Doubletree by Hilton Perth Northbridge
- DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront
- Hilton Garden Inn Busselton
- Hilton Garden Inn Albany
The Cluster Sales Executive (CSE) will interact frequently with guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business. Specifically, a CSE will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
- Manage an events schedule to maximize yield
- Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach
- Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
- Arrange and conduct hotel/venue tours
- Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
- Participate in hotel promotional activities
About You:
- Hotel industry experience is preferred
- Must be physically based in WA (or willing to relocate at your own cost)
- Full Australian Work Rights
- Strong organization and administration skills
- Positive attitude and advanced communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Confident telephone manner
- High level of IT skills
- Excellent grooming standards
- Previous experience in sales and/or conference/events
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems
- Qualification in a relevant field (BONUS)
