Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, Hospitality or related field.
· 2+ years experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or revenue-driving roles — ideally in hospitality/tourism.
Technical Skills
· Strong digital analytics proficiency (GA4, reporting).
· Familiarity with PMS/CRS, CMS tools, CRO best practices and digital marketing platforms.
· Experience with SEO/SEM, metasearch and OTA merchandising fundamentals.
Core Competencies
· Data-driven decision making and commercial mindset.
· Excellent communication and cross-team coordination skills.
· Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple initiatives.
· Creative problem-solver and continuous learner in digital trends.
