ANASA at Conrad Dubai is a seasonal, alfresco dining destination located on Level 6, inspired by the timeless classics of Greek cuisine and the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean. Rooted in authenticity, simplicity, and quality, ANASA celebrates honest cooking, fresh ingredients, and refined execution.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie who understands Mediterranean cuisine at its core and takes pride in delivering food that is thoughtful, consistent, and crafted with care.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality Greek and Mediterranean dishes, while supporting smooth kitchen operations and maintaining the standards expected of a luxury hotel environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Prepare and present authentic Greek and Mediterranean dishes in line with ANASA’s culinary standards
  • Support daily kitchen production and service, ensuring consistency, quality, and timing
  • Prepare mise en place for all relevant menus with strong attention to freshness and detail
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area with strict hygiene standards and zero cross-contamination
  • Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in line with food safety regulations
  • Respond positively and professionally to guest feedback and special requests
  • Support food cost control initiatives and contribute to departmental financial targets
  • Work closely with the culinary team and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Report maintenance, hygiene, and safety concerns promptly
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and food safety legislation
  • Actively support departmental goals, sustainability practices, and team development
