What will I be doing?
- Contributing to menu creation
- Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, Health and Safety, and stock procedures
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie.
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work on own or in teams
