Chef de Partie
What We’re Looking For
To succeed as a Chef de Partie with Hilton, you’ll bring strong technical skills, professionalism, and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences. You will have:
- 3+ years’ experience in a high‑standard restaurant or 5‑star hotel environment
- At least 1 year as a Demi Chef de Partie or equivalent, ideally with an international hotel brand
- Formal culinary or hospitality training (preferred) and a valid health certificate
- Solid knowledge of Western or Chinese cuisine, depending on kitchen assignment
- Strong technical skills relevant to your section (main kitchen, banquet, or pastry)
- Sound understanding of food safety and HACCP standards
- The ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast‑paced kitchen environment
- Strong organisation, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
- A collaborative mindset with leadership and training capability
- Good English communication skills (preferred)
