• Preparar receitas tradicionais e contemporâneas, conhecendo produtos e técnicas.

• Operar utensílios e equipamentos de cozinha de forma segura.

• Liderar e comunicar efetivamente com a equipe.

• Gerenciar múltiplas tarefas simultaneamente.

• Manter qualidade consistente e trazer inovação ao ambiente de trabalho.

QUALIFICAÇÕES

• Ensino médio completo.

• Inglês básico; conhecimento de espanhol é desejável.

• Experiência mínima de 7 anos em cozinha.

• Curso básico de Cozinha ou Gastronomia.

• Conhecimentos de informática (Word, Excel).

• Disponibilidade de horário.
