A Bakery Chef serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
Proven experience as a Bakery Chef in a hotel, resort, or high-volume kitchen
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
Good time management and ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail and passion for quality presentation
Team-oriented with good communication skills
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Knowledge of current food trends
- Advance food hygiene qualification
- High level of IT proficiency
