What are we looking for?
|
Attend banquet event order meetings and catering operation meetings and prepare and detail audiovisual flow sheets reviewing last minute changes. Set up audiovisual equipment to meet clients needs. |
|
Supervise daily operations of the Audiovisual unit, Audiovisual Event Orders, safety regulations and procedures. |
|
Supervise audiovisual staff including participation in hiring, scheduling, training and development. Conduct performance and salary reviews and make recommendations. |
|
Meet with customers to review event orders and any changes, issues and or problems as appropriate to ensure delivery of quality product. |
|
Direct all audiovisual procedures to ensure that guest billing and department cost and expense records are accurate and timely. |
|
Maintain relations with outside audiovisual contractors, audiovisual equipment and personnel as appropriate to meet customer’s needs. |
